CURATED PROBLEMS, ACCEPTED SOLUTIONS
~ Control your mind or it will be controlled ~
The world is going completely insane, by design. There are curated events causing humans to be fearful, unstable and overwhelmed. The stage is set for the next pandemic, and this will be mental.
With massive changes happening which can no longer be denied, many are feeling uncertain about the future and therefore unable to plan for it. The comfort of certainty and the security of planning a future spanning a year, two or a decade has been typical. That time is over.
It's change. The key is to know what changes are occurring, where it will lead and why it's happening. Without this understanding, chaos can seem insurmountable and lead to paralysis instead of motivation to take on the changes and tweak plans for the future if needed.
The changes that will take the majority by surprise are leading to a mental illness pandemic that will be aided by technologies being introduced causing lines to be blurred of what's real and what's not. Humanity is being pushed into loss of security in what they once believed was true along with tiptoeing to a world where we don't trust anything.
- Trusting what we see/hear is becoming questionable with AI taking over the internet.
Artificially generated material online has increased to the point where discernment has become vital to determine if what we see on screen is real. Recognizing the augmented overly of techne distorting our world into a digital twin of the real is going to get worse.
Fast.
With uncertainty about the future coupled with a destructive war, people are going to be mentally exhausted and will welcome an artificial existence over the dismal reality that has become their new normal. A mental health pandemic forcing the ill to remove themselves from societal living will be a catalyst to further human dependency on living behind a black mirror screen and eventually inside it.
This is real. Mental health is a treasure. Treat it as such.
This will help:
1- Understand what the world changes are leading to.
(Nothing causes anxiety like uncertainty)
2- Prepare to the point you feel good. Then go on living.
(If you want to be a prepper, okay, don't obsess. Living in fear is mental anxiety)
3- Create a ritual, a hobby or a project.
(A ritual is a habit, a hobby can be walking, a project can be anything that excites you)
The three suggestions will help.
* Ask for help if you need it. Your mental health is more important than your ego.
